Navistar trucks gets EPA Certification for MaxxForce DTPosted at April 7th, 2011 in NewsThe Navistar International trucks have received EPA certification from US Environmental Protection Agency particularly for the 2011 year’s model of Maxx Force DT diesel engine of mid range. These will carry NOx reducing technology with 0.39 g/hpHr in the trucks models. These EPA certifications represent reduction of 22 % emissions from original with 0.50 g/bHpHr. The company is trying to achieve its demonstration in order to achieve 0.20g/bHpHr as the standard base engine throughout the inline cylinder optimization.
